Encouraging the next generation of healthcare professionals
Two of our GP Partners attended a Careers Fair to raise awareness about opportunities in Primary Care and the Lakeside Partnership.
Chair Dr Sanjay Gadhia and Dr Sudeep Rai, Corby's Non-Executive Director represented Lakeside at Leicester Grammar School's event, talking to students from Years 10 to 13 and their parents.
Dr Rai said: 'It was a very professional layout with over 50 stands for various universities and employers including the Armed Forces and major law and accounting firms. Our stand was one of the most popular as we were the sole representatives for Primary Care. It was great meeting with students and their parents whilst encouraging the next generation towards careers in healthcare.'
