Please see below for a list of support available for isolated and vulnerable people in Oundle and nearby.

We are trying to keep this list up-to-date and accurate but the situation is changing rapidly.  If you are aware of other sources of support, or if you find that the organisations listed below are unable to help any longer, please inform the Social Prescriber (details below)

Volunteer Action Oundle

Volunteers area able to get shopping and prescriptions for people, please call them on  01832 275433 Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.  Can also take people to medical appointments this includes appointments for the vaccination programme

Oundle School Community Action
Will collect and deliver shopping for people in Oundle.  (Please check if school is still open and offering this service)  Mon-Fri  01832 277267

Oundle Care and Share   (Facebook based closed group)
Facebook group for volunteers and those in need of help.  Set up specifically in response to Covid19 situation.   You will need to join the group to access it.

Elton and Warmington Care and Share
There is an offshoot group for Elton and Warmington

Oundle Foodbank

Age UK Northamptonshire

They can help people in Northants  with shopping including delivery and online assistance.  Contact them on 01604 611200, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Government Vulnerable person’s registration scheme
Self-registration or register someone on their behalf, if they are unable to access food and medication due to self-isolation AND they fall into the “extremely vulnerable” category.  Details are still to be clarified
