Procedure for Complaints

We take complaints very seriously. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur.

Oundle Medical Practice operates a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria.

If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please ask at reception for a leaflet giving details of the complaints procedure or  contact our Practice Manager.
